RE: Agreement with North Colorado Medical Center
Dear Sir/Madam:
This is to advise you that the Hospitals and related facilities of Western Health
Network, Inc. ("WHN"), including the above referenced facility with which you
have a contract, are being merged back into Lutheran Hospitals and Homes
Society of America ("LHHS"), the parent company and sole owner of WHN. The
operations of the various WHN facilities, including all contractual relationships, will
be carried on unchanged by LHHS. The merger is anticipated to be effective
January 1, 1997. Concurrently with the merger, LHHS will be changing its name
to "Lutheran Health Systems".
