RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW#1233 FOR A HOME
BUSINESS IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - DENNIS AND WENDY
TIMMRECK AND JASON AND TIFFANI ANDRYSHAK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit #1233 for a Home Business for Dennis and Wendy Timmreck
and Jason and Tiffani Andryshak, 646 State Highway 52, Erie, Colorado 80516, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 21st day of July, 1999, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to August 4, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., to
allow Department of Planning Services staff adequate time to post a sign of notification on the
site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
August 4, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of July, A.D., 1999.

SUBJECT: USR-1233
The Department of Planning Services is requesting that case number USR-1233, an application for
a Use by Special Review for a Home Business in the Agricultural Zone, be continued to the earliest
possible hearing date. Staff was not notified of today's hearing with sufficient time to post the sign
on site for the mandatory ten days prior to the hearing. Thank you for your consideration.
