RE: APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR A 3.2 PERCENT BEER RETAIL LIQUOR
LICENSE FOR LINDA FANGMEIER, DBA OUR LITTLE STORE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store, 4821 Yellowstonre Drive, Greeley,
Colorado 80634, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
an application for a Change of Ownership of a 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, for the
sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for consumption at the place
where sold, said License previously held by Ken's Market, Inc., dba Our Little Store, and
WHEREAS, Section 12-47-106.5, C.R.S., which became effective July 1, 1991, allows
for the issuance by the Board of County Commissioners of a temporary permit to the transferee
of an existing liquor license to authorize the transferee to conduct business and sell alcoholic
beverages at retail in accordance with said license, subject to compliance with certain
conditions, and
WHEREAS, Linda Fangmeier has complied with all of the conditions set forth in said
Section, and
WHEREAS, Linda Fangmeier has also submitted the required application fee for said
temporary permit of$100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that having examined said application and other qualifications of the applicant
for the transfer of the 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License and having considered said
request for a temporary permit, does hereby grant to Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store,
4821 Yellowstonre Drive, Greeley, Colorado 80634, a Temporary Permit to conduct business
and sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for consumption at the place
where sold, at retail at said location in accordance with the license previously held by Ken's
Market, Inc., dba Our Little Store, subject to all other rules and regulations set forth by the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a period of 120 days, or until such time
as the application for Change of Ownership is approved by the State of Colorado, whichever
shall occur first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said permit.

PLEASE POST NEAR EXISTING LICENSE
November 18, 1998
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On the 18th day of November, 1998, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve the Change of Ownership request of Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little
Store, for a 3.2 Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, with said license previously being held by
Ken's Market, Inc., dba Our Little Store, and expiring on April 25, 1999. The required documents
for the Change of Ownership have been submitted to the State Department of Revenue for its
approval. Until notification has been received from the State advising whether this Change of
Ownership request has been approved or disapproved, the Board hereby authorizes the
continued sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor at this establishment which is located at
4821 Yellowstone Drive, Greeley, Colorado 80634, under a Temporary Permit which has been
approved by the Board. This Temporary Permit allows Linda Fangmeier, dba Our Little Store, to
conduct business and sell malt, vinous and spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for
consumption at the place where sold, at retail at said location in accordance with the license
previously held by Ken's Market, Inc., dba Our Little Store, subject to all other rules and
regulations set forth by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a
period of 120 days, or until such time as the application for Change of Ownership is approved by
the State of Colorado, whichever shall occur first.
