RE: AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #970952 CONCERNING USR #1143 - KKDD-FM
BROADCASTERS, C/O ROBERT ZELLMEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #970952 on May 14, 1997, the Board approved a Site
Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit #1143 for a radio booster station tower
over 70 feet in height (493') in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for KKDD-FM Broadcasters, do
Robert Zellmer, and
WHEREAS, an error was made in the language of Condition of Approval #6.G, and
WHEREAS, Department of Planning Services staff has verified the error and has
requested the Board amend Condition of Approval #6.G of said resolution to read: "The Special
Review plat map shall be amended to show a minimum setback and offset of 500 feet from the
property lines to the base of the tower in order to ensure that, in the event that the tower
collapses, the structure will remain within the property lines on the site."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Condition of Approval #6.G of Resolution #970952, dated May 14,
1997, be, and hereby is, amended to read as abovestated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of July, A.D., 1997.

The resolution number is 970952 PL1143. Condition of Approval 6G
should read:
The Special Review plat map shall be amended to show a minimum
