We the homeowners of West Frill N-Park respectfully direct your attention to the yet
undeveloped parks in our neighborhood. These parks were required as part of the West F$ll-N-
Park official Unit Development Plan approved by the Commissioners on January 5, 1971.
The present state of our park land is deplorable, The Developers, John Shupe, Roy&
Ebner Lundvs l have apparently sold one park to make room for additional mobile homes. The
retraining park land is being used as a landfill by the developers and others. Rather than
enhancing our community this park space has actually become a liability. It has become a
repository of concrete, scrap metal, used oil and other trash.
As homeowners and county residents we request that you withhold fourth filing permits.
We believe if you do not withhold these permits that you will have no future leverage with these
notorious developers. It will be impossible for anyone to get them to clean up these sites, replace
sold park land, and install the parks as per your 1971 requirement. Please do not let these men
get by with little more than a simple "trust me." We arc concerned that they may not only do
nothing but as soon es they have your approval for the latest filing that they may than sell the
returning park land.
In addition, many who live in the first filing feel that just because their homes are older and
many are mobile homes that the Commissioners are not willing to make the Developers put in
their parks. They feel that they are being discriminated against. If this issue is not resolved it will
only divide our neighborhood between those who have a park and those who do not.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We believe that as our elected
representatives that you understand our situation and will offer your help. We await your written
response to our concerns and request.

We the homeowners of West Frill-N-Park respectfully direct your attention to the yet
undeveloped parks in our neighborhood. These parks were required as part of the West 1611-N-
Park official Unit Development Plan approved by the Commissioners on January 5, 1971.
The present state of our park land is deplorable. The Developers; John Shupe, Roy&
Ebner Limdvall have apparently sold one park to make room for additional mobile homes. The
remaining park land is being used as a landfill by the developers and others. Rather than
enhancing our community this park space has actually become a liability.
Please do not let these men
get by with little more than a simple "trust a" We are concerned that they may not only do
nothing but as soon as they have your approval for the latest filing that they may than sell the
remaining park land.

Deer Ms. Kirkmeyer,
We the homeowners of West Hill N-Park respectfully direct your attention to the yet
undeveloped parks in our neighborhood. These parks were required as pan of the West 11111-N-
Park official Unit Development Plan approved by the Commissioners on January 5, 1971.
The present state of our park land is deplorable. The Developers; John Shupe, Roy&
Elmer Lundvall have apparently sold one park to make room for additional mobile homes. The
remaining park land is being used as a landfill by the developers and others. Rather than
enhancing our community this park space has actually become a liability. It has become a
repository of concrete, scrap metal, used oil and other trash.
M homeowners and county residents we request that you withhold fourth filing permits.
We believe if you do not withhold these permits that you will have no future leverage with these
notorious devdopers. It will be impossible for anyone to get them to clean up these sites, replace
sold park land, and install the parks as per you* 1971 requirement. Please do not let these men
get by with little more than a simple "trust me." We are concerned that they may not only do
nothing but as soon as they have your approval for the latest filing that they may than sell the
remaining park land.
In addition, many who live in the first filing feel that just because their homes are older and
many are mobile homes that the Commissioners are not willing to make the Developers put in
their parks. They feel that they are being discriminated against. If this issue is not resolved it will
only divide our neighborhood between those who haves park and those who do not.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We believe that as our elected
representatives that you understand our situation and will offer your help. We await your written
response to our concerns and request.

The present state of our park land is deplorable, The Developers; John Shupe,Roy&
Elmer Lundvall have apparently sold one park to make room for additional mobile homes. The
remaining park land is being used as a landfill by the developers and others. Rather than
enhancing our community this park space has actually become a liability. It has become a
repository of concrete, scrap metal, used oil and other trash.
As homeowners and county residents we request that you withhold fourth filing permits.
We believe if you do not withhold these permits that you will have no future leverage with these
notorious developers. It will be impossible for anyone to get them to clean up these sites, replace
sold parkland, and install the parks as per your 1971 requirement.
Sincerely,
Homeowner West 1Til1-N-Park

Dear Ms.Kirkmeyer,
We the homeowners of West Hill-N-Park respectfully direct your attention to the yet
undeveloped parks in our neighborhood These parks were required as part of the West Park official ofigcial Unit Development Plan approved by the Commissioners on January 5, 1971. •
Please do not let these men
get by with little more than a simple "trust me." We are concerned that they may not only do
nothing but as soon as they have your approval for the latest filing that they may than sell the
remaining park land.
In addition, many who live in the first filing feel that just because their homes are older and
many are mobile homes that the Commissioners are not willing to make the Developers put in
their parks. They feel that they are being discriminated against. If this issue is not resolved it will
only divide our neighborhood between those who have a park and those who do not.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We believe that as our elected
representatives that you understand our situation and will offer your help. We await your written
response to our eons -ns and request.

Dear Ms. Kirlameyer,
We the homeowners of West Nall-N-Park respectfully direct your attention to the yet
undeveloped parks in our neighborhood. These parks were required as part of the West Hill-N-
Park official Unit Development Plan approved by the Commissioners on January 5, 1971.
Please do not let these men
get by with little more than a simple"mist me.' We are concerned that they may not only do
nothing but as soon as they have your approval for the latest filing that they may than sell the
remaining park land.
In addition, many who live in the first filing feel that just because their homes are older and
many ye mobile homes that the Commissioners are not willing to make the Developers put in
their parka. They feel that they are being discriminated against. If this issue is not resolved it will
only divide our neighborhood between those who have a park and those who do not.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We believe that as our elected
representatives that you understand our situation and will offer your help. We?wait your written
response to our concerns and request.

undeveloped parks in our neighborhood. These parks were required as part of the West Hill-N-
Park official Unit Development Plan approved by the Commissioners on January 5, 1971.
The present state of our park land is deplorable. The Developers; John Shupe, Roy&
Elmer Lundvali have apparently sold one park to make room for additional mobile homes. The
remaining park land is being used as a landfill by the developers and others. Rather than
enhancing our community this park space has actually become a liability. It has become a
repository of concrete, scrap metal, used oil and other trash.
As homeowners and county residents we request that you withhold fourth filing permits.
We believe if you do not withhold these permits that you will have no future leverage with these
notorious developers. It will be impossible for anyone to get them to clean up these sites, replace
sold park land, and install the parks as per your 1971 requirement. Please do not let these men
get by with little more than a simple "trust me." We are concerned that they may not only do
nothing but as soon as they have your approval for the latest filing that they may than sell the
remaining park land.
In addition, many who live in the first filing feel that just because their homes are older and
many are mobile homes that the Commissioners are not willing to make the Developers put in .
their parks.
