The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is north and south of and adjacent to Weld County Road 60; approximately 1/4 mile east of Weld County Road 53. The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated.
