TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Enclosed is an application from John Wardlaw for a Site Specific Development Plan and a Special Review permit
for a 2000 head feedlot in the A (Agricultural) zone district. The parcel of land is described as Lot B of RE -1119,
located in the E2 SW4 of Section 4, T5N, R64W and a parcel located in the NW4 of Section 9, T5N, R64W of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted
is north and south of and adjacent to Weld County Road 60; approximately 1/4 mile east of Weld County Road 53.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing of
