RE: SET HEARING DATE FOR CONSIDERATION OF CONSOLIDATED SERVICE PLAN -
BEEBE DRAW FARMS METROPOLITAN DISTRICTS NO. 1 AND NO. 2
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Consolidated Service Plan and processing fee have been presented to the
Board of County Commissioners, relating to the Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 and
Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 2, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Colorado statute, a hearing shall be set within thirty days of this
meeting, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to set July 21, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that:
Section 1. A hearing on the Consolidated Service Plan, as filed, for the proposed Beebe
Draw Metropolitan District No. 1 and Beebe Draw Metropolitan District No. 2, be, and hereby is,
scheduled for 10:06 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board, First Floor Hearing Room, Weld County
Centennial Center, 915 10'" Street, Greeley, Colorado, the regular meeting place of the Board of
county Commissioners, on Wednesday, the 215' day of July, 1999, which date is not more than
thirty days after this meeting.
Section 2. The Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to cause a notice of the date, time,
location, and purpose of the hearing to be published in the Fort Lupton Press, the legal newspaper
of the County, once each week for a period of three successive weeks, by three publications, the
first of which shall be at least twenty days prior to the date of the hearing.
Section 3. The Clerk to the Board is further directed to provide written notice of hte date,
time, and location or the hearing to the petitioners, to the Division of Local Government, and to the
governing body of any existing municipality or special district which has levied an ad valorem tax
within the next preceding tax year and which has boundaries within a radius of three miles of the
proposed district.
Section 4. Said notice shall be in substantially the following form:

PUBLIC NCTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there were filed with the Clerk to the Board of
Weld County, Colorado, a Consolidated Service Plan and related documents for the Beebe Draw
Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 and Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 2. The
Consolidated Service Plan and related documents are now on file in the office of the Clerk to the
Board and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that by Order of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, a public hearing on such Consolidated Service Plan and related documents will
be held in the First Floor Assembly Room, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, at 10:00 a.m. on
the 21st day of July, 1999.
The purpose of the public hearing shall be to consider the adequacy of the Consolidated
Service Plan with respect to proposed material modifications of the Service Plan of the Beebe Draw
Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 and the organization of the Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan
District No. 2 and tc form a basis for adopting a Resolution approving, conditionally approving, or
disapproving the Consolidated Service Plan.
Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 and Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District
No. 2 are located entirely within Weld County, Colorado, and are described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
In accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 32-1-203(3.5), C.R.S., the owner of
any real property within the boundaries of Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 and
Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 2 may submit to the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, no later than ten days prior to the date of hearing, a request that such
property be excluded from the proposed Districts.
THIS NOTICE GIVEN BY ORDER of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, this 28th day of June, 1999.
