RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Akin, District 3; Arthur Partridge, At-Large;
and Gregory Krush, Associate Member, be reappointed to said board, and that Richard Martin,
District 4, be appointed to said board to replace Jerrold Brethauer, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Robert Akin, Arthur Partridge, and
Gregory Krush and to appoint Richard Martin to said board, with their terms to expire December 31,
1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Akin, Arthur Partridge, and Gregory Krush be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Richard Martin be, and hereby is, appointed
to said board, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of January, A.D., 1996.
