I have included the Windsor Beacon to help with my claim. I have discussed individually with my neighbors their property value and have avenged the assessed value on my block to be approximately $110,000. I don't understand how the process in my neighborhood values the homes at approximately $110,000 and ours is still $127,000. Are the appraisals done differently house -to -house? I would like to invite you to an open -house, and you can evaluate first-hand what fair -market value would be. Thank you for your consideration.
