Dear Commissioners:
Since our groundbreaking ceremony January 6, progress on our new facility has been
steady. By the end of April, our foundation, exterior masonry, steel skin and roof will be
complete. We are now finalizing the plans for interior.
While the major portion of our fundraising campaign will take place May - October, a
bridge loan will allow us to continue concurrent construction. We are grateful to the
Monfort Family Foundation for their flexibility in working on this process.
We're also grateful to you for your assistance in the rough grade of our property before
construction began. They created an excellent surface on which our contractor could
build our facility. I found your crew to be flexible, cooperative, and dedicated to
excellence. My thanks got to Dave Becker, Scott Schreiber and their crew for their
commitment to doing a job well.
Thank you for your continued support. I hope you are pleased with what you see at our
site. We're just thrilled!
