RESOLUTION RE: ST. HY. # 521
Commissioner Andersen offered the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Weld County has heretofore pledged matching
money for State Highway No. 52 from Hudson east, and
WHEREAS, it is desired that work be continued on this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that further work on this
project be continued starting at the point of completion of the
present project and continuing east to a point known as the Keenes-
burg corner about 7 miles east of Hudson. Right-of-way has been
secured to this point and matching money is hereby pledged for the
extension of this project.
Commissioner Magnuson seconded the motion and the reso-
lution was adopted by the following vote:
