Control Plans
Dear Mr. Dunker:
The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment (WCDPHE) has
reviewed the Dust Abatement, Fly Control, and Odor Control Plans for the Bearson
Dairy, LLC. The Plans are dated March, 1999, and were submitted with the facility's
USR application. The Plans were submitted to fulfill conditions of approval 2(C), 2(D),
and 2(E), of USR #1231.
The WCDPHE has found all three (3) Plans to be adequate as submitted.
