The reason for denial is incorrect. Our request was, in fact, hand delivered in person on the date of the deadline, 6/20/97 at 3:00PM. Our petition of the County Board of Equalization is attached. The roof was severely damaged by hail and has not been repaired. Windows and paint have been hail damaged as well and not repaired. The house has not been increased in size. The basement has flooded and the foundation is cracked.
