RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anita Owens be reappointed to said board
as the District 6 representative; Gary Stewart be reappointed as the at-large representative; and
Joseph Bodine be reappointed as an associate member, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Anita Owens, Gary Stewart, and
Joseph Bodine to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anita Owens, Gary Stewart, and Joseph Bodine be, and hereby
are, reappointed to the Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of December, A.D., 1999.
