RE: APPROVE FmHA HOUSING PRESERVATION GRANT QUARTERLY NARRATIVE
PERFORMANCE REPORT TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with the FmHA Housing Preservation Grant
Quarterly Narrative Performance Report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, for the quarter
ending September 30, 1995, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex -officio Housing Authority Board, that the FmHA Housing Preservation Grant
Quarterly Narrative Performance Report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, for the quarter
ending September 30, 1995, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of October, A.D., 1995.

VI. NARRATIVE:
A. SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Four units have been completed Turing the report period. Contractor
quality has been very good. Three applicants withdrew due to the
loan requirement.
B. PROBLEM AREAS:
No significant problems encountered.
C. PROPOSED CHANGES/ASSISTANCE NEEDED, ETC.
Continue with outreach efforts. Structure terms to accomodate
the needs of the applicants.
-D. STATUS OF IMPLEMENTING ENVIRONMENTAL AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION
REQUIREMENTS. INCLUDE NUMBER OF HISTORIC PROPERTIES ASSISTED.
No historic properties were rehabbed during the report period.

FmHA Housing Preservation Quarterly Report
October 18, 1995
As discussed at the Housing Authority Work Session of October 16, 1995, Fm HA requires the
submission of a Quarterly Report for the Housing Preservation Grant Program. We are
recommending Board approval of the Quarterly Report for the Quarter ending September 30, 1995.
The report includes all program expenditures and activity through September 30, 1995.
Total expenditures through September 30th were $30,966.31 Four units have been completed under
the Housing Preservation Grant Program.
Our goals for the next quarter is three units.
