Gentlemen:
This letter concerns the application, #1096, currently before you
regarding Mrs. Sharon Parrells' request to open a "gift" shop and
a Lotto outlet in the agricultural community which adjoins my prop-
erty in Weld County near the State Line.
I would like to express my opposition to this endeavor as I feel
that any additional business in that locale would be anything but
advantageous to the surrounding property owners. The business that
Mrs. Farrell operates, The Clowns Den, though some distance away
does not exactly enhance the neighborhood. There is a lot of late -
night activiey and some of it has been disruptive. I cannot imaginbother-
some.

Frankly, I think I speak for the other neighboring residents adjoin-
ing this proposed business site when I say that I do not support the
approval of this application and I would appreciate my opinion being
given some consideration.
