Hearing conducted on January 30, 1995: 1) Show Cause Hearing to determine
whether to renew Tavern Liquor License, with extended hours, for Isauro and
Helen Chavez, dba El Rojo Lounge
New Business: 2) Consider Special Warranty Deed to Island Grove
Treatment Center and authorize Chairman to sign
