HomeMy WebLinkAbout961834.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VI #9600204 AGAINST VERNON SCOGGIN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Vernon Scoggin, VI #9600204, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance, and WHEREAS, on the 8th day of October, 1996, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, said property owner was represented by Ken Short at said hearing, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning Services staff in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to continue said case to January 10, 1997.
