munity in Colorado, I wish to take this opportunity to extend to you our appreciation for
your many years of faithful service as a member of the Commission.
Your professionalism, knowledge, and interest in supporting the activities of the commission,
and in representing the best interests of local government has contributed significantly to the
many positive things the commission has been able to achieve. Your presence on the com-
mission will be missed. I hope you will continue to be a contributor to the Sara Title III
