RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#834 - REED
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated July 20, 1988, the Board did approve Special Review
Permit#834 for a home business (lawn service) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for David and
Donna Reed, 822 East 16th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, on the following described real
estate, to-wit:
Part of the SE%, Section 9, Township 5 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from David and Donna Reed to vacate said
Special Review Permit#834, in order to comply with Condition of Approval #3b and Development
Standard#5 of Special Review Permit#1106, approved by Board Resolution on May 1, 1996, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#834 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of May, A.D., 1996.
