Pelton Publishing Company LLC, being
duly sworn, states that it is
publisher of the South Weld Sun, a weekly
newspaper published in Keenesburg in
said County and State; that said
newspaper has a general circulation
in said County and has been
continuously and uninterruptedly
published therein, during a period
of at least fifty-two consecutive
weeks prior to the first publication
of the annexed notice; that said
newspaper is a newspaper within the
meaning of the act of the General
Assembly of the State of Colorado,
entitled "An Act to regulate the
printing of legal notices and
advertisements," and amendments
thereto; that the notice of which
the annexed is a printed copy taken
from said newspaper, was published
in said newspaper, and in the
regular and entire issue of every
number thereof, once a week for
successive weeks; that said
notice was so published in said
newspaper proper and not in any
supplement thereof, and that the
first publication of said notice
as aforesaid, was on the L day

EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 193
IN THE MATTER OF SETTING THE MILL LEVY FOR THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION FOR WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR FISCAL YEAR 1097
BE rr ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COBBISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners al the County of Wald. State of Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, Is vested with the
authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, by Colorado statute and by the Weld County Horns Ruts Charts,, to set the mill levy for the annual appropriation for Weld County Colorado for Mace Year
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commbanners of Weld County. Colorado. adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on December G 1998.
WHEREAS, the amount of money necessary to balance the budget for County funds is as follows:

under Section 29-1-301 through 20.1306, CRS, as amended, and Section 14.7 of the Weld County Home Rub Charter, there is hereby levied thefollowing mile upon each dollar of the total valuation
