This letter is being written to you to request an extension of time for delivering the plat for
recording with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office. The reasons for the delay are that
all of the requirements that are contained in the Conditions for Approval and the Development
Standards cannot be met within the limited time period allowed. Moark's engineer, Forrest
Leaf, has indicated that it may take up to six months to comply with the requirements.
