TROLLCO INC WAS DECLARING THE EQUIPMENT ON THEIR DECLARATION SCHEDULE BUT THE EQUIPMENT WAS LEASED THROUGH COLONIAL PACIFIC LEASING AND COLONIAL ALSO REPORTED THE EQUIPMENT ON THEIR DECLARATION.
