RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #745 - HEINZE/FABRIZIUS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 6, 1986, the Board did approve Special Review
Permit#745 for an onion storage facility for Noffsinger Manufacturing Company on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Lot A of RE #902; part of the SW% of Section 10, Township 7
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Stanley Heinze and Louie Fabrizius,
new owners of the property at 15415 Colorado Highway 14, Ault, Colorado 80610, to vacate said
Special Review Permit #745 to meet a Condition of Approval for USR#1191, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of
the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this
matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#745 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of August, A.D., 1998.

SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-745
The Department of Planning Services is recommending the vacation of USR-745 for the following
reasons:
1. USR-745 was approved for an onion storage facility on June 6, 1986. The use is no longer
occurring and the there is a new property owner on the property. The new property owners are
in the process of applying for a Special Review Permit for a different use and a condition of
approval for the new USR is to vacate USR-745.
