The County Board of Equalization will sit to hear appeals beginning July 1 and continuing through August 5 for real
property(land and buildings) and personal property (furnishings, machinery, and equipment) 39-8-104 and 39-8-
107(2), C.R.S.
APPEAL PROCEDURES:
If you choose to appeal the Assessor's decision, you must appeal to the County Board of Equalization. To preserve
your right to appeal, your appeal must be POSTMARKED OR DELIVERED ON OR BEFORE JULY 15 FOR
REAL PROPERTY, AND JULY 20 FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY.

FOR THE REASONS LISTED BELOW WE ARE APPEALING THE DENIAL LETTER
DATED 5/26/1999 AND RECEIVED 6/30/1999 AND ARE REQUESTING A HEARING.
1. Our home is a modular home,therefore appreciates less than a stick built home.
2. We are on a septic system(city sewer currently not available in Wildcat Acres).
3. We are currently using propane(natural gas also not available).
4. County Road 21 leading to the subdivision is dirt.
5. 3/4 of the homes in the subdivision are manufactured homes(modular).
6. The value of the homes in the same area are extremely inconsistent, i.e.: Lot#29 Wildcat Acres
on Puma Drive.
7. See attached "HOME FACT SHEET" for taxes of home for sale on 3204 Grand View Drive,
Greeley, CO 80631. (Taxes for 1998 for this home on Seeley Lake was $1730.94). Selling price
for Seeley Lake home is$299,900. 'i ow
