Subject: School District RE-3J Annexation,being part of the NW4 of Section 11,T1N, R65W of the 6th
P.M.,Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Trustees:
The Weld County Departments of Health,Public Works,Planning and Attorney's Office have reviewed the
materials for the School District RE-3J Annexation. Please consider this letter as a unified response to your
request for comments.
It appears this annexation does not affect Lot A nor Lot B of RE-1486. If this is not the case,lots encroached
upon by the annexation should be amended through the appropriate county process to reflect the change prior
to approval of the annexation. At this location,the Town of Hudson will have complete maintenance of Beech
Street.
