This is to inform you that I have assigned the above described lawsuit to the law firm of
Halaby Cross Liechty Schlutter & Buck.

assigned the handling of this defense.
By this time, of course, you may have already been contacted by Mr. Buck, who is hopefully
well on the way to a successful defense of this suit.
A further purpose of this letter is to inform you, as you know, that CAPP does not cover
punitive damages, as such have been requested in plaintiff's general Prayer For Relief, at
Item Number 2, for the reason that punitive damages are not normally insured in the State of
Colorado. Therefore, if you wish to hire an attorney of your own choosing to protect your
interest as regards these non -covered punitive damages, please feel free to do so. Of course,
CAPP will not be in position to pay that attorney or to pay any award of punitive damages if
such should be ordered by the court.
