RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER W. H. WEBSTER TO THE
NORTH FRONT RANGE WATER QUALITY PLANNING ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner W. H. Webster be
reappointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the North Front Range Water
Quality Planning Association, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Commissioner W. H. Webster to
said association, with his term to expire December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner W. H. Webster be, and hereby is, reappointed to
the North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association, with his term to expire December
31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of January, A.D., 1997, nunc pro tunc January 1, 1997.
