VI -9600101 Steve Lance Sections 26, 31.2, 31.3 and 31.4 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Conditions of approval for USR-1131 not completed and plat not recorded, No Flood Hazard Development Permit and no Building Permits for Structures in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9600316 Richard and Elizabeth Wilson Sections 31.2, 31.3, 31.3.3 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance House located on the property without the appropriate permits VI -9700060 Luciano and Janet Cozza Sections 31.2, 31.2.16 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Abandonded mobile home located in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700098 William Myer Sections 31.2, 31.2.16 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Sections 30 and 70 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance Mobile home without the appropriate permits located in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700114 Billy Mata Section 302(4) Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Dangerous Building located in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700115 Richard and Carolyn Bauserman Sections 31.2, 31.2.16 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Sections 70 of the Building Code Ordinance Mobile home without permits in the Agricultural Zone District VI -9700128 Robert and Noreen Sims Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.2.16, 31.3.9 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance People living in campers, Noncommercial junkyard and semi -tractors stored on property in the Agricultural Zone District 972239 The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
