Dear Mr. Hall:
We are the present members of the Citizens Liaison Committee for the Del
Camino Prerelease Center. One of the duties of the committee is to report
yearly on the Center to the Weld County Commissioners.
We have not met as a committee, due to the litigation currently under way.
During the past year, Michael Brand of The Villa has periodically updated us
on the progress and the anticipated time of completion of the project. At this
time we will be scheduling a tour of The Villa's facility in Greeley for the
mayors and police chiefs of the immediate area.
As the construction begins on the Center, additional members will be added
to the Citizens Liaison Committee to provide additional contact with the
interests in the area.
