RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF THOMAS TEIXEIRA, AS DIRECTOR OF
GREELEY/WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists in the Director of the Greeley/Weld County Housing
Authority position, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Teixeira, as Director of the
Greeley/Weld County Housing Authority, effective December 28, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Thomas Teixeira, be, and hereby is,appointed Director of the Greeley/Weld
County Housing Authority, effective December 28, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D., 1999, nunc pro tunc December 28, 1998.
