HomeMy WebLinkAbout950552.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF REQUEST FROM RONALD FAHRENHOLTZ, DBA CJ'S LIQUORS, TO CHANGE, ALTER, OR MODIFY PREMISES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Ronald Fahrenholtz, dba CJ's Liquors, for permission to change, alter, or modify its premises, in connection with its Retail Liquor Store License for the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors for consumption off the premises only, and WHEREAS, said request concerns increasing the size of the premises located at 3907 Highway 119, Longmont, Colorado by 16,925 square feet for a cooler and warehouse, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Ronald Fahrenholtz, dba CJ's Liquors, for permission to change, alter, or modify its premises as hereinabove stated, be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of March, A.D., 1995.
