Reference: 29.5 Acres for Open Space
Dear Commissioners:
Per Barbara Kirkmeyer's letter, July 30, 1996, I have waited for the reply mentioned
therein. I am at a loss to know why the Commission has not responded. Perhaps:
I have made suggestions for my vision of this land that are incompatible to
Commission's wishes,
Weld County does not see the need or purpose for the "open space" concept, or,
Weld County does not have the interest in funding open space improvements.
Whatever the case, I do not find aphonia to be a satisfactory form of communication.
What is your current position with this issue?
