We realized that due to Easements, the Lots would not be as they survey in full. , he Surveyor Was attempting to maintain as common' an access to the properties as possi e, and therefore, used the existing drive access to the Lot B property as a dividing point.:' After the Contractor reviewed the parcel split prior to construction, he brought to my,I� attention the size discrepancy from , the original request - I'm not sure how the Final survey, missed the Original request by a half acre, but since this is a Family split, and Mom an Dad own the total 5 acres, as the recipient of the New parcel as a gift, it would not b fair for the New to be larger than the original.
