RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BUILDING TRADES
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tom Fisher be appointed to said committee,
to replace Jerry Engel as the plumbing contractor; that Tom Roche be appointed to replace William
Sheel as the "large" independent commercial general contractor; and that Larry Jorgensen be
appointed to replace Don New as the electrical contractor, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jeffrey Richardson be reappointed to said
Committee as a representative of the Weld County Home Builders Association, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tom Fisher, Tom Roche, and Larry
Jorgensen to said committee, with their terms to expire April 10, 1996, April 10, 1998, and
April 10, 1998, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jeffrey Richardson to said
committee, with his term to expire April 10, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tom Fisher, Tom Roche, and Larry Jorgensen be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, with their terms to expire April 10, 1996,
April 10, 1998, and April 10, 1998, respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners pf Weld County,
Colorado, that Jeffrey Richardson be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory
Committee, with his term to expire April 10, 1998.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
