Dear Weld County Commissioners:
Regarding your offer to transfer ownership of the "Weld County General
Hospital" structure for a nominal fee, please be advised the City has determined
that it would be imprudent to accept your offer which would require a pre-
assessment commitment to relocate the building in order to preserve the
structure. Consequently, staff has terminated plans to seek funds for an
"assessment" of the structure.
The parties interested in preserving the hospital have been advised of this
decision.
