On July 16, 1997, the available fire flow was measured on the north side of WCR 24 at WCR 3 '4. Since that time, Kris Pickett, Pickett Engineering Company, has completed the calculation of the available fire at the hydraulically most remote point in the subdivision. I have done the review of Mr. Pickett's calculation and agree with him that the required fire flow is available to the subdivision. Therefore, the Fire District is now able to approve the filing of the final plat for the subdivision. Issuance of building permits will need to wait until the water system in the subdivision is completely connected to the Left Hand Water District main at the two locations where it is designed to be connected.
