RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION, AND SETTING THE HEARING
DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION FOR A TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE, WITH
EXTENDED HOURS - EL CHUBASCO, LLC, DBA EL CHUBASCO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 10th day of April, 1996, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection, and
setting the hearing date concerning the application for a Tavern Liquor License, with extended
hours, for El Chubasco, LLC, dba El Chubasco, 3101 Highway 119, Longmont, Colorado 80504,
and
WHEREAS,the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise the
neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit:
Northern boundary of Sections 3 and 4; eastern boundary of
Sections 3 and 10; southern boundary of Sections 9 and 10; and
western boundary of Sections 4 and 9, all in Township 2 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be
designated to make the on-site inspection for said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application shall
be scheduled for Monday, April 29, 1996, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, declared to be the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application for a Tavern Liquor License, with extended
hours, for El Chubasco, LLC, dba El Chubasco.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be,
and hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection for said application on April 18, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said
application be, and hereby is, scheduled for April 29, 1996, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of April, A.D., 1996.
