The wide range of prices for vacant lots and Acres vary and are difficult to get a accurate value. Realtors in the City of Greeley state this property is over valued by the Assessor and a fair value would be between $40, 000 and $43 , 000 . Also the State Legislature I believe intended the 29% of market value to be used on. Acreage rather than Vacant Lots that have been subdivided, I intend to clarify this with the state Legislature and see why the penalty of a vacant lot owner over one that has been built out. I believe the value should be adjusted to $42, 500 and if the County Assessor wants to purchase this lot for the $50, 000 as set for the Market value please send a CERTIFIED CHECK.
