HomeMy WebLinkAbout950887.tiffRESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM HIGH PLAINS HOUSING FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1084 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request for preadvertisement of an application from High Plains Housing for Special Review Permit #1084 for migrant/farm labor housing in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and WHEREAS, said property is described as part of the SE% SW% of Section 14, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as May 10, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request for preadvertisement of an application from High Plains Housing for Special Review Permit #1084 for migrant/farm labor housing in the A (Agricultural) Zone District be, and hereby is, granted. A hearing before the Board on May 10, 1995, is being requested.
