agricultural irrigation business in the A (Agricultural) zone district. The parcel of land is described
as W2 SE4, Section 4, T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the
parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is north of WCR 24 approximately 1/2
mile west of WCR 19.
