This letter attaches to the "Petition to state board of assessment appeals" for the years
1995, 1996 and 1997. We believe the actual value of this property should be $100,000
based on two facts: (1) the property was sold on May 28, 1998 to the University of
Northern Colorado Improvement Corporation; the sale price was $100,000 (see attached
warranty deed), and (2) the Weld County Assessor has placed a value of$100,000 on
this property for the tax year 1998 as a result of the sale.
