HomeMy WebLinkAbout951421.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REVISIONS TO TWO NOTIFICATIONS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AWARDS FOR PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION (PAC) AWARD FUNDS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Revisions to two Notifications of Financial Assistance Awards for the Placement Alternatives Commission (PAC) Award Funds between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Social Services, and the Island Grove Regional Treatment Center, Intensive Family Therapy Program, and First Steps of Weld County, Inc., Life Skills - Teen Pregnancy Program, commencing June 1, 1995, and ending May 31, 1996, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said notifications, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said notifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, ex -officio Board of Social Services, that the Revisions to two Notifications of Financial Assistance Awards for the Placement Alternatives Commission (PAC) Award Funds between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Social Services, and the Island Grove Regional Treatment Center, Intensive Family Therapy Program, and First Steps of Weld County, Inc., Life Skills - Teen Pregnancy Program, be, and hereby is, approved. Intensive Family Therapy Program from $62,345.04 to $44,008.04. The difference will he $18,337.00 2. Decrease the hourly rate of First Steps of Weld County, Inc. Life Skills - Teen Pregnancy Program from $20.22 to $18.41. The difference will he $1.81.
