RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Emergency Medical Services Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary McCabe, Ed Herring, Maggie Valcourt,
Marlene Richter, and Dr. Jim Campain, be reappointed to said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Gary McCabe, Ed Herring,
Maggie Valcourt, Marlene Richter, and Dr. Jim Campain, to said board, with their terms to
expire January 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Gary McCabe, Ed Herring, Maggie Valcourt, Marlene Richter, and
Dr. Jim Campain, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Emergency Medical Services Council,
with their terms to expire January 1, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of December, A.D., 1997.
