METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, TOWN OF WINDSOR, COLORADO
I, Jeanne Nazarenus, Town Clerk of the Town of Windsor, hereby
certify that the Consolidated Service Plan for the proposed Poudre
Tech Metropolitan District, Water Valley Metropolitan District No.
1 and Water Valley Metropolitan District No. 2 (the "Districts")
was filed in my office on August 19, 1994.
Pursuant to § 39-1-110, C.R.S. I am directing counsel for
Petitioners to provide an executed copy of this Certificate as
notice of receipt of said Service Plan, including a description of
the boundaries as proposed for the Districts and included in the
Service Plan, to the following parties:
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County;
County Assessor of Weld County; and
Division of Local Government.
