RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO UTILITIES
COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jonathan Keller be appointed to said
committee, to replace Sue Skaley as the telephone utility representative, with no alternate to be
appointed at this time, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jonathan Keller to said board, with
his term to expire December 31, 1999, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Gary Sandau, fire protection district
representative, and Glenn Miller, alternate, be reappointed to said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Gary Sandau and Glenn Miller,
as his alternate, to said committee, with their terms to expire December 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jonathan Keller be, and hereby is, appointed to the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee, with his term to expire December 31, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gary Sandau and Glenn Miller as his
alternate be, and hereby are, reappointed to said committee, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1999.
