Welborn Special Coun.:ol Hugh V Schaefer WELD COUNTY PLAlNNi 'C. MAY 3 1 1995 The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a response for Union Pacific Resources Company ("UPRC") and Union Pacific Land Resources Corporation ("UPLRC") with respect to the above -referenced application. I understand that you intended to notify UPRC and UPLRC that the application had been filed because the Union Pacific entities own minerals that underlie the property that is the subject of the application ("Property"). I understand from my review of the application and my discussion with you that the purpose of the application is to obtain a permit from Weld County to construct five radio towers on a parcel of land that is located in the N2SE4 in Section 15 and that the Property subject to the special use permit is a parcel of approximately 12 acres. I understand further that the Property is currently zoned agricultural and that the application will not affect the current zoning. Based on this understanding, UPRC and UPLRC have no objection to the application C: \ W PNJ\ W ELD\LETTERS\HODG ES. LTR May 30. 1995 (9:22am) 951686 Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C.
