RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exists on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Windsor, Timothy Losh, and Jack Davis
be reappointed to said Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Stewart and Mary Ann DePinto be
appointed to said Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint John Windsor, District 2
representative, Timothy Losh, District 5 representative, and Jack Davis, at -large representative,
to said board, with their terms to expire December 31, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gary Stewart, at -large representative
and Mary Ann DePinto, associate member, to said board, with their terms to expire December 31,
1996, and December 31, 1997, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Windsor, Timothy Losh, and Jack Davis be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gary Stewart and Mary Ann DePinto be,
and hereby are, appointed to the Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire December 31,
1996, and December 31, 1997, respectively.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of January, A.D., 1995.
