As e. registered Weld County Voter, We hereby give due notice
to The County of Weld and The State of Colorado that before
any State Juvenile Detention Center can be built in Weld
County , it must coil:-oly with the Weld County Home Rule Charter,
(as stated below) and taken to an Election of all Weld County.
Title: Weld County Ch•:.rter was amended by adding a New article XV
Section 15-5, June 13, 1995 by County ;.ide Election.
