RE: APPROVE RESCINDING RESOLUTION #992982, DATED DECEMBER 20, 1999, FOR
NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE
OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WELD COUNTY ROAD 82 - DIVERSIFIED OPERATING
CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution #992982, dated December 20, 1999, the Board approved a
Nonexclusive License Agreement for the Upgrade and Maintenance of right-of-way for Weld
County Road 82, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Diversified Operating
Corporation, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to rescind Resolution #992982,
dated December 20, 1999, and hear this matter on December 22, 1999,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Resolution #992982, dated December 20, 1999, for a
Nonexclusive License Agreement for the Upgrade and Maintenance of right-of-way for Weld
County Road 82 between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and
Diversified Operating Corporation be, and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of December, A.D., 1999.
